U.S. ORDERS

PILLOWCASES

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

- Exchanges: Always free — we’ll cover the shipping both ways.

- Returns: Subject to a $15 restocking fee per pillowcase to account for handling, inspection, and eco-conscious repackaging.

To be eligible, pillowcases must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund (minus the restocking fee) will be processed to your original payment method.

SCRUNCHIES

All scrunchies are final sale — no returns or exchanges. Our zero-waste production process means each one is made from silk remnants, giving new life to every piece of fabric.

At this time, returns and exchanges are only available for U.S. orders.
All international orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@homebdy.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return, and we’ll guide you through the process and provide a prepaid return label when applicable.
